1. Scope of Service

Clean Studio offers products created using additive manufacturing technology (3D printing). Each product is made to order or in small batches. Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor surface variations or micro-imperfections are inherent characteristics of the production process and do not constitute conformity defects.

2. Orders and Production

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation via Stripe. As these are On-Demand products, production times may vary from 2 to 7 working days. Any delays due to production peaks or machine maintenance will be communicated promptly.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are stated in Euro (€), are final for consumers and include applicable taxes. Any additional costs, including shipping where applicable, are shown before the order is submitted. Payment is processed through Stripe using cards and any other methods available at Checkout. Clean Studio does not store full card details.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection laws, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note: The right of withdrawal is excluded for clearly personalized products or those made to specific customer requests (custom colors or off-catalog sizes).

5. Use and Liability

Our products are made of PLA (bioplastic). PLA has low thermbtnProal resistance: do not expose the products to temperatures above 50°C (e.g., inside a car under the sun, dishwashers, near heat sources) as they may warp. Clean Studio is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the product.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, 3D models, and content on this site are original works resulting from the creative, technical, and manual reworking by the author (Clean Studio). The author exclusively holds the copyright and commercial exploitation rights over the final works provided. The reproduction, distribution, or resale of digital files in any form is strictly prohibited.

7. Partner Program and Commercial Licenses

Users subscribed to the 'Partner Program' (monthly or annual subscription) obtain official commercial authorization to sell physical 3D-printed products made from digital files provided by Clean Studio. The following additional rules apply:

  • Digital Files: The resale, sharing, or modification of digital files (STL, 3MF, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
  • License Validity: The commercial license is valid and legally binding only during the active subscription period.
  • Fan Art and Intellectual Property (IP): Clean Studio grants commercial rights exclusively to its original 3D modeling work. Clean Studio DOES NOT own the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property of third-party characters or brands ('Fan Art' designs). The licensed Partner assumes all legal risks and responsibilities for any copyright infringement claims raised by the original IP holders during the sale of the physical products.
  • Custom models and generated images: Included requests and generations depend on the purchased plan. Partners must use lawful content, images and instructions that do not infringe third-party rights.
  • Review and rejection of requests: Requests are proposals and do not create an automatic obligation to accept or produce a model. Clean Studio may reject them for technical, creative, legal, organisational or feasibility reasons, or due to workload. A rejected request does not count towards the limit for the relevant period, and the Partner may submit another request subject to the plan limits and conditions.
  • Ownership and publication of models: Unless otherwise agreed in writing and without prejudice to any third-party rights, models created following a request, including source and digital files, remain the property of Clean Studio. A request does not grant the Partner ownership of or exclusivity over the model. Clean Studio may publish, distribute and make the model available on MakerWorld, in its catalogue or through other channels. The Partner may produce and sell physical items only within the commercial licence terms and while the subscription remains active.
  • End of the license: When the subscription expires, is cancelled or suspended, the right to produce and sell new licensed items ends. Sharing or using the digital files remains prohibited.

8. Subscriptions, free trial and renewal

The Partner Program is also available to private consumers. The applicable plan, billing frequency, final price and features are those displayed before Checkout and confirmed by Stripe.

  • The monthly Standard free trial lasts 3 days, requires a valid payment method and has no initial charge.
  • At the end of the trial, the monthly subscription starts automatically at the price shown at Checkout unless it is cancelled before the deadline.
  • The free trial may be used only once per person or account. Creating multiple accounts to bypass this limit is prohibited.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period. Cancellation through the Stripe portal stops future renewals and, unless otherwise stated, keeps the license valid until the end of the covered period.
  • A promotional price remains linked to the same uninterrupted subscription. After cancellation, a new subscription uses the price available at that time.
  • Included credits and requests renew according to the plan and do not roll over. Failed, unpaid or disputed payments may suspend the license and related features.

9. Consumer withdrawal from the Partner Program

Consumers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of concluding the contract, without giving a reason, where and to the extent provided by law. This is separate from cancelling automatic renewal.

During the applicable period, the Partner Portal provides a 'Withdraw from contract' function. It confirms the name, subscription and email; Clean Studio promptly sends a receipt containing the request and its submission date and time.

The request is reviewed and handled manually. Any refund and termination of access are handled under applicable law; exercising withdrawal terminates the commercial license.

10. Applicable law, disputes and contacts

Consumer customers retain all mandatory protections and the jurisdiction of the courts of their place of residence or domicile where required.

For relationships with professionals and businesses, where permitted, Italian law applies and the Court of Naples has jurisdiction.

11. Referral Program

Partners with an active subscription can generate a personal referral code and share it with other users. Using the code has the following effects, governed by the rules below:

  • Discount for the new subscriber: Anyone subscribing to a Partner plan for the first time using a valid referral code receives a 5% discount on the subscription, automatically applied at every renewal for as long as the subscription remains active. The code can only be used by someone who has never previously had an active Partner subscription with Clean Studio.
  • Cumulative discount for the referrer: The Partner who shares their code receives an increasing discount based on the number of active subscribers they have referred through that code, up to a maximum cap that varies depending on their own subscription plan (Standard, Plus, Pro).
  • Calculation and automatic update: The discount is automatically recalculated whenever the number of active referrals or the referrer's plan changes. Changes take effect from the next renewal and have no retroactive effect on invoices already issued.
  • Nature of the discount: The referral discount has no monetary value, is not convertible into cash, credit, or a refund, and applies exclusively as a reduction of the Partner subscription price.
  • Proper use of the program: Fraudulent use of the referral program is prohibited, including entering one's own code or creating fake accounts for the sole purpose of obtaining the discount. Clean Studio reserves the right to revoke the discount and, in more serious cases, suspend the account, if improper use is identified.
  • Modification and suspension of the program: Clean Studio reserves the right to modify the percentages, caps, or conditions of the referral program at any time, or to suspend it. Discounts already accrued remain valid until the current subscription is cancelled or expires, unless revoked for improper use.
